ReKYC (Periodic Updation of KYC)

ReKYC is a simple process where you can update your personal and address details to keep your records up to date with the Bank. If your KYC is due for renewal or any details have changed, we’ll request you to provide updated information to stay compliant with regulations. This will ensure that we are able to provide you our best services in a seamless manner. To further enhance your experience, we've launched a new ReKYC process using convenient digital channels like our website, SMS, and email, wherein you can do your Re-KYC from the comfort of your home.

Website

Who can use this facility: Resident Indian individual customers with either KYC due or due within 6 months. You must have PAN and other valid OVDs (Officially Valid documents) available as per current banking records.

What can you update: You will be able to update your personal details (such as Education, Income, Employment details, etc.), and address by validating your Aadhaar.

SMS

Who can use this facility: Resident Indian individuals with KYC either due or due within 6 months. You must have PAN and valid OVDs per current banking records, and your KYC details must match the existing records.

What can you update: You won't be able to make any changes in your personal or address details.

How to do Re-KYC:
Send an SMS in the format - REKYC<Space>CIF ID to 9643-01-9643 from your Bank registered mobile number.

Email

Who can use this facility: Resident Indian individuals with KYC either due or due within 6 months. You must have PAN and valid OVDs per current banking records, and your KYC details must match the existing records.

What can you update: You won't be able to make any changes in your personal or address details.

How to do Re-KYC:
Send an email with the subject line - REKYC<Space>CIF ID to rekyc@iob.in from your Bank registered email ID.
